Event Intinerary
Here is the information of the timeline itinerary for sponsors and exhibitors.
Friday, November 13th
Booth setup will begin at 5pm Friday afternoon. You will have until 7:15pm to set up your booth*. At 7:30pm, we will have our annual invite-only cocktail hour which will be held in the convention hall until 9pm. This event is open to the exhibitors plus the local travel industry, business/real estate professionals and local media who have RSVP'd. We hope you will use the time to forge relationships with potential business and media contacts. It is also a perfect time to meet your fellow exhibitors. *If you do not have enough time to set up your booth, we will have the hall open at 8:30am Saturday morning so you can finish your booth set up.
Saturday, November 14th
As mentioned, each exhibitor will have additional time Saturday morning to finish setting up your booths from 8:30am-10am. We open the doors to the general public and invited guests at 10:30am so make sure you are ready at that time. The Mexico Event ends at 4pm, but we ask that you not take down your booth until 3:45pm at the earliest.
Throughout the day, we offer the attendees speaking seminars on a variety of subjects about Mexico, as well as entertainment such as traditional dancers and music.
